This summer we met up with 20 young Roma women to organize a mentoring session in the art of storytelling.The young women had the opportunity during the summer holidays to let themselves be inspired by their communities, and in the fall we met again with new forces, this time online, to put in practice everything we have learned.
In a few meetings we managed to sketch together 20 beautiful stories.Stories about us, about our families, about friends, about idols, about our community or about the places where only our imagination can take us.
With the help of wonderful people, from our partners in the project to teachers who share our passion, we are preparing to launch these stories into the world. In the coming weeks we will meet again with the girls in schools to share these stories and to discussabout the importance of inclusion and diversity, about issues specific to the Roma and to start debates within communities.about issues specific to the Roma and to start debates within communities.
