Through each action of raising aware over the diversity and multiculturalism in the mind of each participant, an idea is born that will develop with the person's feelings and thoughts, just like a planted seed that receives good care. Because only together can we combat the effects of climate change in our own communities, we have started the greening actions through the project "We can do more together". We will plant over 300 fruit trees in the 20 communities that we work in.
This week we started our activity in Albeşti and Bălușeni localities in Botosani County, where more than 30 children planted trees.
Equipped with the right gloves and tools, but also with enthusiasm, the students planted apple trees, pear trees, plum trees, peaches trees, cherries trees, and quince trees. Teamwork and fun were always present, and students will be able to enjoy a wonderful orchard in the coming years.
It is more important than ever to be aware of the effects of climate change and to act together at the community level to combat it!
