The course Local administration centered on the needs of the citizen, including policies, gathered specialists from all the mayoralties involved in the project to take part in the presentation of innovative methods through which they can serve in a more effective manner the interests of the entire population that is served by the institution of the City Hall.
The course encouraged the exchange of successful experiences and practices at the level of the Administrative-Territorial Units involved.
