The local initiative groups / NGOs established will have the opportunity to understand and know the processes of community development and promotion of diversity in other communities. During the visits, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to representatives of local public authorities, Roma leaders, members of local initiative groups, community members, about the difficulties encountered over time, how they managed to find the balance between life. family and professional and the things that motivated them to continue in difficult times.

The discussions will be a good opportunity to exchange experiences and share everyone's views on the solutions that should be addressed to solve the problems of Roma communities.

At the level of each county, experience exchange activities will be organized.
