Each of the 3 partner NGOs will conduct courses on transparency and good organizational governance with the existing implementation and management teams at the level of each NGO. As a result of participating in these courses, each NGO will develop its own set of procedures on transparency and organizational governance.

Currently, none of the 3 organizations has clear, formal procedures on transparency and ways to ensure accountability for organizational governance.

These are needed to improve the image of NGOs as well as their sustainability.
