At the level of the 12 communities, the established NGOs, supported by the implementation team, will carry out advocacy actions at local and county level for the implementation of the solutions established in the local action plan. Meetings will be organized at local and county level between members of the communities (Roma and non-Roma) and representatives of local public authorities.

These meetings will discuss ways to include Roma needs in local and / or county development strategies or strategies targeting local action groups at the regional level. At least 2 meetings will be organized for each county, 6 meetings in total.

The result of these meetings will be reflected into an advocacy plan related to the concrete needs of the interethnic communities. The advocacy plan will be implemented by representatives of established NGOs and other members of the community.
