Training for local initiative group members and community members
6 training courses will be organized for members of local initiative groups and other community members. At least 24 people will participate in each course, some of the them will participate in several courses, others only in one, depending on their needs, availability and options.
The topics of the 6 courses are the following:
- Community development and fundraising
- Human rights and non-discrimination
- Identity and self-esteem
- Relationship with local public authorities (strengthening the civic sector and the relationship with LPA)
- Public policies for Roma and local representation
- Writing and project management
UPDATE:
Between February and March, our partners, Sastipen and Center for Education and Human Rights, organized courses for the members of the initiative groups, but also for other people in the community.
The courses focused on human rights and non-discrimination, identity and self-esteem, public policies for Roma and local representation, as well as networking with the LPA (strengthening the civic sector and the relationship with the LPA).
