As February 20th marked 166 years since the abolition of Roma slavery, the community facilitator, Daniel Caraivan, from Braila County, told us that the event was also celebrated in school.
The students of the 6-th and 7-th grades, from the Galbenu General School, Drogu village, watched the documentary about slavery, "The Long Bondage of Man", and carried out a series of interactive activities with the theme of the event.
